When ordering grilled fish, I thought I would be brought out a small piece of fish fillet, but unexpectedly, the chef put a giant fish nearly two inches long on the stove. The restaurant has a grill placed directly in the place of other places as a bar, guests can hear the sizzling sound of fish fat and the aroma rising up to make their mouths water. Crispy golden fish skin, white and firm flesh inside, served with potatoes and boiled local spinach mixed with granulated salt and rich olive oil, accompanied by a mouthful of white wine.
