It’s 2 am and I still can’t sleep. Probably can’t sleep anymore. I can’t believe what happened today. Just like in the movies, but better, more vibrant and more exciting than any movie. I walked into the auditorium with Red, El, and Dorie, trying not to sound agitated! It was so exciting that I could barely contain myself from jumping and squealing. We even pretended not to have Aunt Pauline with us, and pretended to be adults, we tried not to giggle but we couldn’t! The atmosphere is so exhilarating that you can’t help but… I mean I’m REALLY excited, like there are rustling autumn leaves, or a smooth green cloth or something… maybe hard but wet, fragile, variable, fanciful, like a planet or galaxy stretching across this universe.
