No one knew what was wrong with her, but she was in the bathroom and had horrible diarrhea. She was seen by 8 different vets. And he took care of the ferrets so I could care for her and not worry. She lived. We just had to say goodbye to her in late March. Avengers in this classroom we are a team poster. She was 19. He was not a pet person before he met me. But he jumped right in. Sometimes, it is just meant to be. Your Chris and my Wilhelm sound so similar. “No rats! Keine ratten!” And now we have a whole room full of them and he is the wild rat rehab whisperer for Roofus von Dachl, our wild roof rat we rescued as a baby. He spends a chunk of our grocery budget on kale and raspberries for their nightly treats.

My husband and I used to say we bought a house so we could have animals! Have been here 34 years. 3 dogs, about 15 cats, not all at once, hamsters, birds, a rabbit and fish. Avengers in this classroom we are a team poster. Right now have a 16 yr old dog we have had since he was a puppy and 2 cats, mother is 17 and her daughter is 16. I cannot believe this post has triggered negative comments. Perhaps one of them loves the animals more than the other but you can make out from the pictures that Chris clearly loves the animals! I’ve read comments suggesting that bc they had to take breaks from fostering, hence these are red flags of an abusive relationship.
