I’m an academic counsellor at a university, and if it makes you feel any better when you reflect on past-you, you didn’t ruin it. As you said yourself, you weren’t ready. There’s no shame or judgment in that – or at least there shouldn’t be! And it’s a testament to your perseverance that when you were ready, you did it. Baseball I am a catcher poster. Well done. Always follow your dreams! I received my BA in 2010, I was 63! I always wanted to go to College, but never had the $$ or the time! But like you, I never gave up on my dream! Good for you. Congratulations on graduating. You are an exceptional person. We know it and now you can join us in our evaluation of an exceptional human being.
Baseball I am a catcher poster
The very best to you and your family. An incredible tribute to the power that comes when you believe in someone. I’m so glad you went back to college when it was right for you. Thank you for sharing your story. Baseball I am a catcher poster. I just applied to an MA program 20 years after I dropped out of the first MA program I entered. I had a 3.8 GPA and couldn’t get it done. It’s haunted me for years. I finally decided I was done with feeling like a failure and it was time to get that checked off my bucket list. Your story helped confirm that I am not deranged and it’s never too late to follow our dreams. Oh, you most definitely didn’t fail. You turned right around and recognized that you could use your story as a source of motivation for other students!
